Tired of New Year Same Me

It gets tiring living life where it feels that we've made no progress. But not just any kind of process; I am talking about personal growth. We tend to become comfortable with the everyday routine. Where we wake up, eat breakfast or perhaps skip it entirely. Work and run errands and oh yeah calling back the friend you told: "I will call you right back."

But we are subjected to our own scheduling choices. The excuse will always be that there is "not enough time in a day." To a certain extent that is correct. There are 24 hours in a day, you spend 7-8 hours asleep (16 hrs left), 8 hours working (8hrs left), and not including showering, eating, traveling, and other commitments.

Find your windows of opportunity is essential to your productivity. At times this might mean waking up earlier or even skipping on out the Netflix series that you've been binge watching. Choosing to pick up a book and read, to work out, or anything you've been meaning to do for your personal growth over a wasted hour on TikTok. This is a call to action be experimental with your time! Wake up an hour and a half earlier and get to work on yourself. Question yourself if you need to scroll on another post or could be doing something more productive.
