Be Nurtured has given me the confidence and push to pursue my art business, Hecho Con Amor by Adela. Back in June of 2020, I was hesitant and didn't know where to start Since then, Denise has helped me open up on my talent and has since given me words of encouragement and guidance on how to start my career. I met Denise early on in college but we didn’t become close friends until about a year ago. It’s been interesting to see how our friendship has changed due to the growth we both have achieved in our lives.
During rough patches I faced recently, she was extremely willing to provide a listening ear and continuously made the effort to show up as someone who cares. Even during times where I questioned myself and my life decisions, she was supportive and honest when It was most needed. Since I’ve met her, she’s become a very open-minded individual. Most importantly, she’s always stayed true to her core, in that, she’s passionate about helping others and is always looking to make a difference wherever she can.
